With Service Design company ‘Zeewaardig’ I worked on the case for the municipality of Amsterdam. In specific for the neighborhood “oud-west”. The brief was to come up with input of stakeholders for a new destination plan for the neighborhood. We designed formats, different walks trough the environment and a creative workshop to involve stakeholders into the process of designing the new plan. My role in this process was to help designing, walk through the neighborhood with the stakeholders and participate into the workshop sessions. At the end we collect a lot of input for the plan and we handed them to the civil servants.
